Pushchairs are not permitted in the exhibition hall, but you may carry your baby in a sling. There is a designated area on site to leave your pushchair.

There is a cloakroom on site with lockers to leave your belongings if necessary.
Don’t forget to collect them at the end of your visit.

The average visit lasts approximately one hour. Check our opening hours to plan your visit and make sure you have enough time to see everything.

There is no minimum age to visit the exhibition. Children under 3 get free access but you must pick up a ticket for them at the ticket office and show proof of their age. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult family member.

You may not bring food and drink into the exhibition hall.

If you need a rest, please use the seats in the designated area in the entrance hall.

Personal, non-commercial photographs are permitted but please make sure you turn the flash off so you don’t inconvenience other visitors. The use of tripods, monopods and selfie sticks is not permitted.

To ensure an enjoyable visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organised in half-hour slots. You must select the day and time when you buy your tickets.
For VIP tickets, you do not need to select a day or time. You can visit the exhibition any day at any time. Once you enter the exhibition hall, you can stay
as long as you want, although the average visit lasts one hour.

In that case we’ll try to accommodate you in the next slot, subject to capacity.
However, we recommend you arrive on time because we can’t guarantee entry to the exhibition outside the time shown on your ticket if full capacity has been
